• Purchase includes:
  • the HemoSpat software for either Mac OS X 10.5-10.7 [64-bit Intel] or Windows XP/Vista/7
  • a manual readable by any web browser
  • tutorials readable by any web browser
  • forms to print out [PDF] for recording stain location and surface information
  • access to our user forums for the registered user
  • all upgrades to the version of HemoSpat purchased [i.e. version 1.1, 1.2, etc., but not including 2.0]
  • email and forum-based support for the registered user
• HemoSpat is distributed electronically. *
• HemoSpat is licensed on a per-user basis. Licensed users may install HemoSpat on however many machines they need to do their work and are entitled to all upgrades for the version they have licensed. Each user requires an individual license and these licenses are non-transferable.
• License information will be sent directly to end users. Purchasing agents must provide this information to FORident Software in order to complete the transaction.
• Prices are exclusive of any sales, value-added, transaction, or other taxes applicable in your region. The customer assumes full responsibility for any such taxes.
• We offer discounts for multiple licenses. Please contact sales@hemospat.com for more information.**
• FORident Software is the only source for purchasing HemoSpat - we do not use resellers. We will provide you with a sole-source letter upon request.

• For U.S. organizations, FORident Software has an FEIN and we will provide you with a W-8BEN upon request.
• Note: FORident Software is not able to offer refunds at this time.

* We want to encourage electronic distribution in order to be kind to the environment. If your organization absolutely requires a physical deliverable, we can send you CDs for an additional cost. Note that we will take the current distribution, burn a CD, put on a label, and send it to you. It will be the same as if you downloaded the CD image we include and burned it yourself.
** Volume discounts may not apply to organizations with lengthy and/or complicated purchasing procedures.

FORident Software accepts two methods of payment - electronic funds transfer [also known as a wire transfer] and credit card. Again, please note that we are not able to offer refunds.

1) Electronic Funds Transfer [Wire Transfer]

To make a purchase by electronic funds transfer:

1. Fill out the order form.
2. Review the information and submit it.
3. We will review the order and send you an invoice along with the transfer details by email.
4. Upon confirmation of receipt of payment, we will send you login and download information. This is normally sent to you within one working day of confirmation.
5. If you have ordered CDs, we will send them out within two working days upon confirmation of receipt of payment.

FORident Software accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

No credit card information is ever shown on any receipt and it is not stored on any server connected to the internet. When you purchase online, FORident Software does not at any point have access to your credit card information.

To make a credit card purchase:
